vdas — Kullanım Koşulları

vidas uygulamasını kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

Lisans

vidas sana kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı verir. Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kopyalamamayı veya yeniden dağıtmamayı kabul edersin.

İçeriğin

Uygulamaya eklediğin videolar, fotoğraflar ve müzik senindir. Yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip olduğun içeriği eklemekten sen sorumlusun. Ürettiğin videolar sana aittir.

Gömülü müzik

Gömülü katalogdaki parçalar üçüncü taraf ücretsiz-lisans (CC-BY) kaynaklarındandır ve ilgili atıf koşullarına tabidir; vidas paylaşımda atıf metnini otomatik hazırlar.

vidas Pro aboneliği

  • Ne sunar: filigransız dışa aktarma ve premium özellikler (video geliştirme, güzellik, sarsıntı önleme, 4K/60fps, premium renkler). Oluşturmak ve önizlemek ücretsizdir.
  • Süre ve fiyat: aylık veya yıllık. Güncel fiyat uygulama içinde, satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
  • Ücretsiz deneme: 1 aylık ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir. Deneme bitiminden önce iptal etmezsen abonelik ücretli olarak başlar.
  • Otomatik yenileme: abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadıkça otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Kimliğine yansıtılır.
  • Yönetim ve iptal: aboneliği App Store hesabının ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Ödeme Apple tarafından işlenir.

Sorumluluk reddi

vidas "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

By using vidas you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

vidas grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute it.

Your content

The videos, photos, and music you add are yours. You are responsible for adding only content you have the right to use. Videos you create belong to you.

Built-in music

Tracks in the built-in catalog come from third-party free-license (CC-BY) sources and are subject to their attribution terms; vidas prepares the attribution text automatically on share.

vidas Pro subscription

  • What it offers: watermark-free export and premium features (video enhance, beauty, stabilization, 4K/60fps, premium looks). Creating and previewing are free.
  • Length and price: monthly or yearly. The current price is shown in-app on the purchase screen.
  • Free trial: a 1-month free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins.
  • Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
  • Manage and cancel: you can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Payment is processed by Apple.
